We’ve all been through so much in the last year. Navigating a stream of changes that are expected to be absorbed without taking pause to assess and adjust. Deserving of rest, to restore and to renew, Jylani Ma’at, Caverly Morgan, David Perrin and Rashid Hughes invite you to a gathering of collective healing and love. Together we will focus on honoring, releasing, and realigning. We will nourish our hearts—holding joy and sorrow in wholesomeness, surrendering to the fullness of being human. This year’s retreat will be held at San Damiano Retreat Center - located in beautiful Danville, CA.
This contemplative gathering will be a unique one. One that offers enough structure for you to be supported in your journey within, combined with enough freedom for you to listen to your deepest knowing. To trust yourself and where you are called. Our gathering takes place in the silence and stillness of a property that has been dedicated to contemplative practice for decades. There will be time for being in community and being in solitude. Time for silence. Time for connecting. There will be guided meditations, sound baths, mindful movement, and group discussions. We will focus on both individual and collective healing, together.
Join us for a week of nourishment. Join us as we tend to the heart, together.
