Celebrating and Centering
Women and Girls Across Generations
At Presence Collective, we celebrate the full arc of womanhood—from the curiosity and discovery of girlhood to the wisdom and leadership of elderhood. Rooted in a Black feminist framework, we uplift and support women and girls at every stage of life, ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and community they need to thrive.
We understand that being female is an ever-evolving experience, marked by powerful biological and emotional milestones—from menarche to motherhood, from career-building to caregiving, from perimenopause to post-menopause, and beyond. Through these transitions, body wisdom and sovereignty remain central, guiding each woman’s ability to make informed decisions about her health, her life, and her future.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to community-centered leadership and power-sharing, ensuring that the women and girls we serve are also shaping the programs, policies, and resources we develop. Through ethnological research and lived-experience-informed programming, we continuously adapt to meet the evolving needs of our communities, fostering lifelong learning, mentorship, and support.
Presence Collective is more than an organization—it’s a movement, a sanctuary, and a revolution in how we care for, uplift, and celebrate ourselves and one another.
Whether you seek guidance as a young girl stepping into her first experiences of womanhood, as a mother navigating new responsibilities, or as an elder sharing her wisdom with the next generation—we welcome you. Together, we are shaping a future where every woman and girl stands fully in her power.
Mission
Presence Collective exists to empower 50,000 women and girls annually through education, mentorship, and community-driven programs that honor body wisdom, reproductive wellness, and holistic well-being at every stage of life—from menarche to menopause and beyond. Rooted in shared leadership and continuous learning, we are committed to:
Educating & Empowering: Providing comprehensive reproductive and wellness education to at least 25,000 girls and women annually, equipping them with the knowledge to navigate their changing bodies from adolescence to adulthood, motherhood, perimenopause, and elderhood. Our programs are accessible both in-person and virtually, ensuring widespread reach and impact.
Mentorship & Community Support: Offering intergenerational mentorship to 10,000 participants each year, ensuring that young girls, adults, and elders engage as learners and teachers, in both digital and physical spaces.
Expanding Access: Partnering with 50+ schools, community centers, and organizations to bring vital health and wellness resources to those who need them most.
Essential Supplies & Support: Serving as a resource for no-cost period care products and essential supplies from prenatal to postpartum, including diapering products, while expanding community access to affordable and no-cost professional and peer support.
Research & Innovation: Conducting ethnographic research to ensure our programs reflect the real experiences and evolving needs of the communities we serve.
Health & Wellness Services: Delivering culturally competent care to 15,000 women and girls, with a focus on under-resourced communities, through both in-person and virtual support.
Advocacy & Justice: Championing body sovereignty and reproductive justice, so every girl and woman has the right to make informed choices about her health, body, and future.
Through these initiatives, Presence Collective envisions a world where every girl and woman—whether she is experiencing her first cycle, embracing motherhood, transitioning through perimenopause, or stepping into elderhood—has access to the knowledge, support, essential resources, and community she needs to thrive, both online and in person.

Vision
We envision a world where every girl and woman moves through life with confidence, agency, and a deep-rooted connection to her body’s wisdom. In this world:
Girls and young women receive education, mentorship, and resources to guide them from their first period to their first career and beyond.
Women navigating motherhood, career shifts, and reproductive changes find supportive spaces that honor their journeys.
Elders are valued as knowledge keepers and community leaders, ensuring that wisdom and experience shape future generations.
Communities lead the conversations on body sovereignty, holistic wellness, and reproductive justice, shaping the policies and programs that impact them.
Ethnological research informs every step forward, ensuring our impact is both meaningful and sustainable.
The full spectrum of womanhood is celebrated, and future generations grow up with the tools to thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Presence Collective is committed to leading this movement through direct service, education, and advocacy, always centering the voices of those we serve.
The Collective
We are united by what’s most fundamental, most inherent, and most vibrantly alive in the direct experience of who we authentically are: presence in our BODIES, on the planet, and with one another. From menarche to menopause and beyond, you are warmly invited to join us. The inherent womb wisdom of those from 7 - 107 (and beyond) is where we are sourcing our genius to embrace an imagined reality that brings us integrative nutrition on all levels of life: joy, social life, relationships, home environment, home cooking, physical activity, health, education, education, career, finances, creativity, and spirituality.
Our Team
We are a collective of practitioners, teachers, and students from diverse wisdom traditions and backgrounds. We are passionate about how embodied and engaged contemplative practices act as the foundation for every aspect of a peace-filled and joy-centered life.
Our Joyful Work…
Presence Collective leaders offer training, workshops, book clubs, retreats, and private consultations that center personal and professional development, especially related to the impact of gender, social & reproductive justice, and collective leadership & liberation.
Our History
Founded by meditation teacher and nonprofit leader Caverly Morgan, Presence Collective has evolved over the past 10 years from community contemplation to a global activism platform for women's and girls' social and reproductive rights. We honor the path and continue the journey with a new intergenerational leadership team.
